Across All Borders

The 3 Nation Charity Ride was founded in 1994 when some bikers from Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand were on a road trip together in Thailand. A lot of interest was generated wherever they went. They realized that the generated interest could be put to good use, like bringing awareness to, and helping the less-privileged, the aged, and the sick. It was in this spirit that the 3 Nation Charity Ride was founded.

Each year, since 1994, one of the four founders would take its turn helming the Event. Team 27 M/C of Singapore is the host and organizer of 3 Nation Charity Ride 2008. The chosen venue this year is Surat Thani, Thailand, and would take place from Oct. 24th to 26th. Surat Thani is approximately 645 km south of Bangkok and 305 km north of Hadyai. The Event has the blessing of the Provincial Administration Organisation (or PAO) of Surat Thani, who is jointly hosting this event with Team 27. The PAO is the Government that looks after Southern Thailand. Along with our three other Founder, and Surat Riders, who will be assisting us, we hope this Event can make an impact, and remind us all living in this fast-pace world not to neglect the less-fortunate. Team 27 is seeking sponsors for this year's Event and hope to have your blessing and support, too.

The other three founders, namely Team Hanuman (Thailand), Super Bikers Club Malaysia (Malaysia) and Penang Motor Sport Club (Malaysia), will be providing logistic support to this Event.

Journey of the 3 Nation Charity Ride

Through the years, the 3 Nation Charity Ride has grown from strength to strength. From its humble beginning in 1994, when about 30 motorcycles participated, to the present, where we see a thousand and more bikes riding in to support this worthwhile cause. And as this Event evolves, it has brought about much spontaneous friendships and nurture & strengthens old ties among the bikers who participate, bringing friendship and brotherhood Across All Borders.
